Got handed out bag of ice and was told to have a good day. We had ordered a meal with drink. Waited several more minutes while the ice began to melt before we got our meal. He handed our food and told us to have a nice day and then we had to remind him we also had a drink. It gave the impression that inside working environment was a complete disaster. Won’t be back.

I feel so sorry for the lone worker at this location today. They are doing a fantastic job, but management/scheduler severely dropped the ball and should be reprimanded for mistreating this employee. There is seriously one person working at this location. One person to take and deliver orders. I am not exaggerating. They have to ask everyone to go through the drive through to order. You have to wait at least 10 minutes at the stall for them to even get a chance to get to the microphone to tell you to go through the drive through. Then waiting in the drive through is at least another 20 minutes. It’s absolutely insane.

I visited there Thursday April 27 around 530 pm the young lady that brought out my order displayed excellent customer service. 2 of my items were not there and apologized for this and made it right without me saying anything and she did it in a timely manner. She deserves a raise due to her excellent customer service.
