This is my usual Sonic and the food has always been good and the staff has always been friendly so one evening I picked up a combo about 9:30 for my supper later on. When I finally got a chance to eat at midnight I found the food was overcooked and pretty tough. I called the Sonic location next morning and Jay said no problem, just bring the receipt in and we’ll replace everything for you. So a couple of days later I stopped by about 9:30 again and asked for the manager. It was Jay again and he fixed me right up, replaced everything and when I ate later it was dee-licious. Jay and this location know about customer service and how to treat customers right so I’ll definitely be stopping in again!

The car hop lady is rude. I ordered on the app and forgot to add ranch to my order. When I got to the location I activated the red button, hoping to catch them before they brought the food out because to be honest it’s 104° out, but I unfortunately didn’t. When the car hop lady dropped off my food I asked for ranch and she literally rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed and said it’s going to be awhile because we’re slammed right now. My mouth dropped open- How is that my fault?! I understand it’s hot outside and you all were busy but that is NO EXCUSE to be rude to a customer. With her level of unprofessionalism it’s not wonder why she’s working at Sonic. I’ll never come back to this location again.

The manager, Dylan, is AWESOME!!!! I came in to this location last night, ordering for a large party right before close. Despite this fact, my order was brought out to me within less than 4 minutes. My super Sonic double cheese burger was truly the juiciest, mouthwatering sandwich I have ever tasted. With one flaw. They forgot the cherry in my Diet Coke! Although the location had been closed for five minutes, when I called back to ask for a replacement drink, I was promptly answered and had my correct drink out in LESS THAN A MINUTE. The manager, Dylan, delivered it to me in a luxurious button-up shirt and red tie, apologized for the mistake, and brought me a coupon for a free cherry limeade. Although a mistake was made, Dylan immediately and politely rectified the mistakes of his employees. This incredible service has earned Sonic 8116 nw expressway a repeat customer! Give Dylan a raise!

Stopped in a little after 7 pm and ordered two chicken sandwiches. Both of my sandwiches weren’t very fresh. I added bacon to both and the bacon was burnt. Normally I don’t stop into any Sonic location close to closing time because they always serve old food that is not fresh. So I shouldn’t be surprised. At the end of the day, they just serve anything lying around.

I just moved to the area from Edmond and when I tell you this Sonic is a Days Inn compared to the Embassy Suites Sonic’s that I frequent on 164th, 150th, and even 122nd. The first time I went I got home and my order was completely wrong I asked for no cheese on my burger due to an allergy and what was on it? CHEESE! The manager offered to remake it or refund my money. I choose a refund. I never received it.

The lady who took my order was very professional and attentive. Service was quick, and all mt food tasted fresh, which is always a bonus in the fast food industry. Burger was stacked nicely, and ingredients spread evenly. The carhop was very sweet. Overall, I got my food relatively quickly, and it was up to par. I highly recommend this sonic to anyone looking for some fast American food.

Should have read the reviews before driving all the way over here to this location. I strongly urge you to choose a different location….unless you enjoy having to correct your order twice and having to send it back just to get it in ways worse than the last time. Perhaps double greasebsoaked semi-soggy tater tots are your jam. If so this is the place for you!! Like the person through the speaker to get an attitude with you because you have the audacity to ask for the correct thing to be provided? Come on down folks!! I specifically asked for a Jr cheeseburger deluxe with no ketchu, no tomatoes add mustard and mayo. Medium tator tots with cheese. I received a Jr cheeseburger with mustard, onions, pickles and KETCHUP. The cheese was still in slice form on the tots and tots were room temperature at best. At least those were crunchy though, the replacement ones were so soaked in grease and barely had any cheese on them (yet the girl said “we stood there and watched them make them to make sure they were served correctly” as she handed them to me). Supervised and still not acceptable. In case you had any doubts in your mind…… No, I will not be returning to this store. DO BETTER PEOPLE!! Or go work somewhere else, not providing food as a service. — Me aka part-time Karen, (lol)
