Service was fine. But the quality of the food was extremely disappointing. The burrito looked like the size of the JR breakfast burrito, supersonic more like super small. The mozzarella sticks must have been sitting all morning as the cheese was hard as could be. I’d recommend avoiding this particular sonic. Obviously portioning and quality control are very scarce at this location.

No more Grilled Cheeses. They used to be so good. But Sonic must’ve made some changes. The one in Moore never made a good Grilled Cheese. This location use to have good ones, but not any more. They now use regular bread, no Texas Toast, and they’re always burned. I unwrapped it and it smelled burnt. Took a bite because it didn’t really look burnt, just really brown. But it tasted burnt too. I give up. No more grilled cheeses from Sonic.

I ordered supersonic burrito and ultimate meat and cheese. First off, these burritos were sooo soooo tiny and small. The size itself was a disappointment. Now the portion was dismal and not what I am used to. There was barely anything in the ultimate and supersonic. The taste was absolute garbage. I usually go to another sonic but decided to try this one out cuz it was more convenient. Well, lesson learned. I will not be going back to this location again. And for anyone else, until they do right by the customer and make the food better. Just beware. The sonic on 12th street and broadway is wayyyyyyy better than this location.

They were limited on staff. I saw 2 hoppers, and assumed 1 cook…. not sure. The girls were smiling , calm and handled very well!!
