I parked at the truckstop across the street. I walked over to Carls Jr. at 8:45 PM. The lobby was closed even though they said they were open to 10 PM. I walked to the drive-through where I proceeded to ask hello hello hello hello over. About five minutes. I walked up to the drive-through window. Told the lady the situation she said that she did not except an order unless I was in a car. As she proceeded to clean the counter. I walked down to the street and ate at sonic and had a wonderful meal. Thank you for supporting the trucking community this July 4, sonic. I haven’t eaten in a Carl’s Jr. in years and now I remember why!

I went to this one in Marietta and got around 40 dollars worth of food and the girl at the drive thru was really rude and when I asked for extra ranch she practically threw it at me, her manager was standing right behind her.

The systems were down. People were pulling up to order and the staff was just chilling at the picnic tables never bothering to notify anyone of a problem. So the app orders were never processed even though they said delivered after check in and the staff couldn’t bother to notify anyone nothing was coming out or in. Instead they just sat playing on their phones.

Ordered on app. Pulled in 5 minutes later. Registered on app that I had arrived, still took another 15 mintues to get order ( footlong chili cheese dog, mozzarella sticks, lg tea) food was tasty, drinks are always great, services was a bit slow today, but isnt always slow so I will return. I love being able to use app to order ahead.

I ordered food at the drive in and was told to pull around. We had to tell our order many times. Even with pulling around and repeating our order the order was not put in correctly or produced correctly. Either way I will never come back to this location. It was so awful. Even McDonald’s employeea listen better And they aren’t much better. It’s ashame cause I like sonic but this won’t be a location I come back to any time soon.

I’ve never had too bad of an experience. Fast food can be tricky and I know it’s not like they are deliberately trying to mess orders up so if there are mistakes I just am thankful I got something to eat or drink and try again another day.
