We go 1-2 times a week and have the punch card, but after today, I will NEVER go back. It’s worth the extra mile to go to the new one. We ordered our usual: powerade slush with nerds. There are advertisements all around the store for these. This time, the manager on the speaker spoke back “nerds slush with powerade”…I respond “no, powerade slush with nerds added” She replies “that’s what I said this speaker is broken” . I then say, “I’m just going to drive around.” When I arrive to the window, no one comes. My kids and I wait, wave, honk, and they all just stare and laugh. Finally after i get out my camera, the manager comes and explains she rang it up that way to save me money. I didn’t ask you to save me money, I asked for the same slushes we’ve been ordering for years. She walked away and the cashier who was handling food without gloves came to the window and asked “do you want your drinks” I explained that we went here multiple times a week and it felt like there was no customer service today…where is our apologies for the hassle? She just responded, “I didn’t hear anything rude.” To which I said we would not be buying the drinks or coming back…she didn’t hear that part because she slammed the window. Thanks for being unkind and unhelpful to this mama and 3 kids.

LOVEEE their drinks. I always order chili cheese tots though and a lot of the time there is never enough chili or there’s never enough cheese. Only had a good one ONCE.

We got here, pressed the button, and waited for 20 minutes, and eventually left. Several other cars pulled in the parking lot and left with us as well. They were not answering, but took one order out while leaving myself and 3 other vehicles ignored and unhappy.

I called because we ordered our food. And we were missing a lot of the food. When I called the guy was rude. Would not give me a chance to speak. This is about 7 times now we have ordered from sonic and they never give us all of our order. We most definitely will never order from the sonic on Willow any more. Very rude man that answered the phone.

This Sonic has major issues!! Not sure what is happening here (or rather what’s not happening here) but they are always out of something, the service is slow (even when using the app to order ahead) and the food has not been good here for quite a while. The car hops do apologize when they deliver to the car but how long can they keep apologizing?? I only go to this Sonic because of it’s location but I have been driving further to another location because this one has been so bad. Order thru the app to get half price drinks anytime and you’re out of ice?? Really?? Not my favorite Sonic but I still go here for drinks only.
