Absolutely Pathetic! We pre-ordered on the app and waited 30 minutes for 2 damn drinks! Showed up, pulled in a stall, no one answered as we waited for about 15-20 minutes. There were 5 people working, one was soaping the floor and another was standing around with her phone the whole time. Then we left the stall to get in the drive thru and waited another good 10 minutes = just beyond stupid at this point.

The Bixby Sonic is the worst Sonic in the Tulsa area. Unfortunately, it is by where I live so if I want Sonic food, I have to go there. The drive thru is extremely slow! Always. Not at certain times but always. Now, the slush machine is down. All day long I thought about the new Strawberry Shortcake slush and wouldn’t you know, you can’t get any slush drinks! This was June 27th! HOT OUTSIDE! I so wish someone would get in there and start cleaning up this situation. Oh and the parking lot is nasty!

Got to this location at 3:50. Had tried to order a drink on the AP but they had it turned down. Still 10 minutes for happy hour half price drink. Get to the stall and there is a sign saying drive thru only. Finally get to order my drink at 4:05 after waiting in line for 15 minutes only to be told they wouldn’t do half price drinks. They lost not only this order but all future orders from me. If you are going to shut down the AP and the stalls you need to still give half price drinks when it’s YOUR FAULT!

SOOOO RUDE!!!! Taking the order rude, cutting you off, not listening, making you repeat, huffing and puffing. At the window even worse! Guy with a beat is miserable, GLARING at you while you’re trying to give him money. Will NEVER come back to this sonic. The food industry isn’t glamorous but you also don’t have to make it miserable.
