We love Sonic but over the last couple months this one has gone way way down hill as the service sucks !!!! It takes forever to get anything!!! And why they are taking out the drive up stalls makes no sense…… we don’t go near as much as we use to as we go other places now. Not sure what Sonic has changed but we don’t think it’s working out so good. Come on guys get it together 🙂

This is a weird review. We love this Sonic. The food is great and the people are super nice. BUT they absolutely suck at mobile orders, and the check in process at the stall always glitches. Do go to this Sonic! Don’t use the mobile app. If you do us the mobile app, go through the drive thru. Still the best Sonic in town.

The staff are kind and friendly but are painfully understaffed, only the drive through was open. i think they are trolling us with how bad the food was. I dont know if something has changed but the last few years have ended my love for Sonic. The last few times I have eaten there, it’s not been good, but tonight was down right They still rock the drinks scene, but that will be all I go there for now.

This location has went down……went thru drive thru had coupon for 2 corn dogs for 99cents and added a small tot got to the window the lady took the coupon a guy came and had to ring the coupon in as the lady was taking other orders he never took my payment or gave me a total I asked for the corn dogs to be cooked fresh as he immediately brought a bag to the window I asked if that was a fresh order he replied they hadn’t been up too long, again I asked for them to be cooked fresh he took the bag to the back and did just as I thought he would and placed the old corn dogs back in the grease as he then asked that I pull up so he could take care of the cars behind me remind you my payment/total still have not been given/taken six minutes later he brings out a bag as I’m holding up my card as he ask have you not paid yet as he give me the bag he takes my card goes back in then return my card to me without a receipt and still never giving me a total. I now have 10 minutes left of my lunch break and have to get back to work only to pull out these burnt corn dogs that was so over cooked they had busted open and were chard to the point of non chewable with the same now cold tots in bag…… I later check my account and see that what should’ve been no more than a $3 order I was charged a total of $6.81 and it’s really not about the extra few dollars but then again it is when you provided non edible food. I returned to the location and was told after showing the same guy that took my card/payment what was charged that without a receipt he couldn’t refund me when they never provided me with a receipt he took my number for the general manager to call me I never received a call I called the location and asked for the GM number I believe I was given a bogus number as well.

me and my friend went thru the drive thru 35 mins before close, got greeted and we said we needed a second and after a minute we said we were ready and they were silent, said we were ready a second time and still nothing and it was like 30 mins before close, and we could see the worker inside wearing a headset.

I sat in drive thru line for 15 minutes for a drink. I asked why took so long and they said had to make hamburger patties. I said if someone is only getting a drink you should make sure they are served promptly or not have to wait 15 minutes.

Mozzarella sticks were busted most of the cheese were gone out of them, I used to work for sonic and when they were like that we were advised to NOT sell them, got home before I realized, onion rings were soggy. Not too busy there though please be better.

I just picked up food and my entire order was wrong. I ordered #3 burgers and got double meat – no bacon which is the #3. The top bun was burned. I tried to call the store but it won’t ring through. Just awful, $25 worth of trash! I’ll never go back!

I came up to this restaurant to order food for myself and my son. With no explanation I was told they were not taking any more orders at the moment with an attitude. I’m not a man who expects perfection in any way but when I’m told this immediately with no explanation or apology it makes me not want to come here. I can take my business elsewhere and be treated with respect

Waited over 10 min at the mike for order to be taken. Drove to the window and asked if Mike was broken. It was not waited and additional 12 min to get 2 corndogs and 2 fountian drinks. The whole time while the employee mostly was just standing and the window with cars waiting the same at the mike. The drive thru employee was awful, zero care or adress the wait time.
