Not usually one to complain, but being one of the first cars there and waiting 50 minutes & still no food. But watching others getting there’s before me when they showed up after me. Had to stop the carhop and tell her I’ve been waiting 40 minutes for my food, she told me she would be right back with me and never came back. Stopped the manager on duty as she was bringing another car who got there after me food and told her I would like a refund. Only then she came out and said “your food just got finished, do you still want it?” No apology at all. Didn’t take the food, & wouldn’t reccomend this location to anyone!

This is the worst sonic i have ever been to . Placed order for 3 large drinks and a corn dog. Waited 20 mintues and watch car after car pull in and leave. Called back in to ask where my order was. They said it was delivered. I said no not to me it wasnt . They said oh sorry . I asked am i going to get it or not. They wanted to argue that it had been delivered. I said just give me a refund and i will just leave and not come back here. They refused. So they took my money and never delivered my order. Worst sonic ever !!!!!

Placed an app order and checked in. Waited 40 minutes for my food. They cleared out my order saying it was given to me 15 minutes before they brought it out. The food was cold and tasted old. My cherry limeade tasted like water. While I was there both people beside me had the same issue waiting a hour for items that should take 5 minutes top. The excuse was the manager was at a ball so they don’t know how to run it.
