I eat here often as it is one of very few fast food locations around this area. The food is always great. I’ve never been disappointed with the quality and freshness of the food. The service is also prompt and very friendly. My only issues with this place is regarding the technology used to interact with the customer. At times I have pulled into a booth to order and I cannot hear or be heard. Makes ordering frustrating at times. Also, on more than one occasion I have seen the poor carhops going from car to car to locate the customer who’s food they are trying to deliver. I cannot imagine how frustrating that can be for someone trying to do a good job.

Drove in before 5 told lady i needed 2 orders. After several minutes she come walking out. Says she cant hear me. Took our orders there. Took maybe 3-5 minutes. Gave my daugther happy hr discount but not me on 2nd order reason? Its after 5 . 5.02 exactly. She was happy about it too. We left without our order and I will not go back.

Terrible. Brought me two different people’s order then mine was wrong so they wanted to ring up again for a difference of 1 cent! They have to take card inside to swipe. So 10 minutes of bs and have to wait three days for my 9.55 refund. Or pay $2.50 for fries because they changed my order. Mind you combo price is 9.56! Can’t make up that level of incompetent service. And my sweet tea is unsweetened!

All I had was a 44 oz cherry limeade/diet it was delicious &&&& my favorite thing the car hope ( wish I knew her name) counted my change back to me from the Penney I was very impressed they Don’t hardly do that anymore…I tipped her extra because of that reason

First off I’ve refrained from this for a long time, but this is absolutely ridiculous! My wife didn’t even get her sandwich in the order, and this is what they think is acceptable for lettuce on a hamburger. 2 little pieces 1 of which is part of the stem. We along with other people I’ve talked to have the same issues. So apparently this kind of service is acceptable to them. I ended up throwing the burger out. It had apparently been cooked for a long time and the bacon was like trying to chew jerky. Will not be going back ever!
