Food is fine, it was two workers taking their time and the one just wouldn’t stop talking to get things done. I don’t mind them talking and joking just do your job as you’re doing it, having a good environment to work in is important. She was literally moving extremely slow and no there wasn’t anything wrong with her.

One of the few fast food joints that has consistently got my order correct. Hard to say that about the rest these days. For the food, Sonic is pretty consistent with flavor and quantities, so it’s what you would expect. Food came out quickly when finished in the kitchen. It wasn’t very busy on this visit, but has been on others and there was no delay then either.

Ordered A number 1 combo with fries and a blue raspberry slush with nerds for the drink. The drink had a bad taste and I requested an ocean water instead. There is no price difference and they insisted that I had to pay for an additional drink. The fries were over cooked or they reheated cold fries. The management was to busy to help me make the situation correct. I Arrived at 2 p.m and I am still waiting on my refund at 2:26 p.m..

Many of the old favorites have either gotten employees that cant or refuse to follow directions or they’re so short staffed supply & demand is too great. BUT I rarely have a problem at Hartshorne Sonic. My last visit was met with friendly, courteous staff, & delicious food.

Worst Sonic experience ever. We had a bad experience last week but thought maybe it was a one time thing. Should have never given them another chance. Ordered a sausage croissant, half the croissant top was gone. It looked like it had been torn in half. Egg was hard and sausage was burnt black. The ultimate meat burrito was no better. It was so dry it couldn’t be eaten either. We will NEVER go back to this Sonic.
