Took a while for someone to acknowledge that I was there. Then, the credit card machine wouldn’t work. I had to request marinara sauce for the cheese sticks. Everything tasted good. Just took longer than expected. Everyone will be glad when the highway construction is done so traffic will get back to normal. It’s a little difficult to get there because of the construction.

Came to get a quick bite, a mile down the road realized my order was wrong. I came back apparently the person on the intercom (Tim, according to the car hop and what they wrote on receipt after I asked for a manager) was the manager which I doubt due to how unprofessional they were with me. I asked for my money back twice and got rude talk back both times. After a while the car hop came back with my refunded receipt and asked for my food back which I complied. I get it, orders get messed up from time to time but don’t argue with a customer when they ask for their money back.

So the saybthey don’t sell bags of ice depending on who’s working.,told me know when I asked to customize my burger over all this is by far the worst restaurant not just sonic. Ive ever been to. Mr biggerstaff should shut this location down. Lori tye car hop was the best employee yall have she deserves much better employment.

We have came in town 3 times have eat here and everytime the food is either over cooked or undercooked can’t eat either way, they can’t hear u through the speaker forgets to give gravy ect for the toast which is like a sponge it’s to dry . By now they should have better cooks ect. Three years of reviews and they are still the same sad

Can someone teach the kids on the speaker to be patient….the girl today kept trying to talk when I was placing my order….I’ve worked in fast food and it is extremely rude to talk when the customer is trying to tell you what they want and oh yea if you listen to your customers you might actually fill the order CORRECTLY..I know a shocking concept but if you want to do something efficiently you gotta listen to the customer.
