Customer service at drive up was terrible. Girl took my order but didn’t acknowledge what I ordered. Told her when I got to the window that I asked for bacon on the sandwich, was charged for it yet there wasn’t any. Was already down the road before I noticed. Won’t be going back there again. Chandler Sonic is the worst fast food I’ve ever seen. I moved here 4 months ago and I’ve been to sonic 3 times. All 3 times I’ve told them “no ketchup.” All 3 times they’ve put ketchup on my burgers. All 3 times I’ve thrown them in the trash. I’d check them there, but it’s someone else doing the lunch run at work. I will not be ordering from there again.

Went to the one in Chandler thought I’d try the new hot fudge Sunday shake expected it to be made of ice cream and it was some kind of fluff… It’s been in the fridge ever since and the consistency is still fluff if it was made of ice cream it would be liquid I’ll never have that one again
