I don’t write reviews, but this made me mad… I typically don’t have any issues getting my food here. Normally it is quick and typically the staff is nice. However, DO NOT come here in the morning without making an ONLINE order. If you try to press the “red button”, a lady will pick up, (I believe she is part of management) who I have had multiple rude experiences with.

All I ordered 3 Rt. 44 Diet Cherry Limeades. All of them tasted like plain seltzer water. They are pink but no cherry flavor or sweetness at all. All 3 drinks ended up down the drain. Tried to call and suggest they change out the soda and no one answered the phone. Tried several time. Highly disappointed.

I tried their latest double cheese burger with carmelized (?) onions. The great thing about Sonic is that your burger will always be hot. But it was meh in flavor. Nobody serves a burger, nor most anything that looks like what they advertised. Mine was smashed. But Sonic has tots! The atmosphere was great because I was in my vehicle. They were very busy. The service was fast and efficient.

I usually visit this location all the time with no issues, but today, the person taking my order forgot the memo that she was clocked in and not on the streets. She kept asking me to repeat my order, messed up my order BADLY three times, each time with an attitude in her voice. After the third time, I’m irritated to which she demands I don’t yell. I had to pause before saying anything else and just told her I am leaving because she is p***ing me off with her attitude. She says “good” and something else before she turns off her radio. I wasn’t aware I was visiting homegirl’s kitchen instead of paying for food at a restaurant.

I went to pick up dinner for my family around 6:30 on a Monday. My order was filled 100% correct, brought out hot and fast, and served by a polite car-hop. I used the Cub Scout re-useable discount card to get buy-one-get-one-free foot long coneys and they had no problem accepting it.

I love sonic in general, but I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this sonic, including: the crew taking the order wrong, making the order wrong, up sizing drinks and sides without asking and trying to charge me for it. Waiting for what seemed like a very long time when the lot was mostly empty. Tots and fries are never fresh. Drinks tasting off, like maybe the syrup was bad. Serving stale ice cream with their cookie dough bites promotion, not sure how that happens or how long the ice cream was sitting for it to go stale. They should get a corporate trainer or more experienced manager at this location.
