The service is horrible here now. There is no going to the stall to order anymore, it’s only order online now, which I did before I arrived. As soon as you push the button, they inform you immediately that it’s online only. They don’t ask for your name for your order or anything. I had to call them several times just to let them know I was picking up. Then a girl came out to ask me my name and went back in and I waited another 10, for another girl to come out and say the other girl didn’t let her know that…with an attitude!! Horrible service!!

DO NOT come here. I warned you! They’ve switched to mobile (app) ordering only unless you go stand in the patio or wait in the horribly long drive thru. No more screens, no more speakers. For those that do mobile order, there are 7. SEVEN. Stalls. They’ve taken out 10-12 more that used to exist. There is zero service. The wait times are bad – took us over 15 mins just to get 3 drinks. All of this and it’s also the worst layout of a Sonic you’ve ever been to. It’s not like the other Sonics anywhere you’re accustomed to. Nobody comes to Sonic expecting it to behave like a poorly run McDonalds.

Ordered online and went to pick it up at the 7th stall. Waited 40 minutes then went through drive thru waited there 10 min. Only to see our ordered had been cancelled and money returned. No one ever came to the window even though they could clearly see me at least to explain why they were not accepting orders or what the problem was. Very poor service skills very poor attitudes there. These places are franchised so probably an owner problem. By the way half the stalls are gone as well

Location recently went all digital. Worst thing ever!! Took out half the stalls and orders still take forever! I ordered a drink and a pretzel, wait time 30 minutes. This location is the worst in town in ALL areas of service. Subpar food, tea is soured 75% of the time, wait times are increasingly longer by the day. The restaurant is in disrepair, with most of the exterior lighting not working.

You have to order off app now seems like employees dont care how long you are out waiting waited 45 min for something i ordered just 1 burger fries and drink. Watched parking lot fill and empty 2 times before i got my order push button is still blinking. Finally when i got my food is was soo cold like it was in the refrigerator. Wont be going back!! Couldnt cancel order either to leave says the food was already made

The All “Scan to order Online” thing is bad, slows down the pace of things and there are only 8 stalls that you can order from. This dramatically increases the line of the drive thru. Also my order was lost and never got my food I paid for.

Wow this Sonic sucks now. You can’t just pull up and press a button to order anymore. There are several stalls and it is only for app orders only. If you want to order you’ll have to go through the one drive-thru line. I ended up just giving up and left.

Sonic is always the go to place for drinks, slushes and shakes, however, their sandwiches are really good too. Had their Grilled cheese sandwich on a deal for $1 on the app and it was so good. Shakes are special at sonic and 1/2 price deals just sweetens that new churro shake even further!
