I have been a long time customer and the service is nice and fast. However, the freshness and quality is always changing. I’m always satisfied with their drinks, but I’m disappointed that the Chicken Strip Dinner I ordered wasn’t fresh and I immediately had diarrhea afterwards. I will not be coming back.

I love sonic slushes and was a frequent customer to this location. The service is usually pretty okay, aside from my experience today. My server Yasmine really needs to work on her customer service skills. All I ordered was a drink and as I smiled, said hi and rolled down my window to receive it, she shoved the drink in my hand and mumbled “anything else? Have a nice day” and walked away without even giving me a chance to respond! Since I ordered through the app I tipped beforehand, and I really wish there was a way for me to get my money back because according to her horrible customer service, Yasmine does NOT deserve it. I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but no respectful customer deserves to be treated like I just was so I felt it’s right to make my experience known. I will not be returning to this location.

Came here for a late night snack with mt kids and service was slow. I understand maybe they were shorthanded but i only saw one man taking out orders and when you looked inside it looked like the other employees were on their phones. We had been waiting for over 20mins and nothing and other cars around me began to leave as well. Not happy with the experience and wouldnt recommend this location.

Food is standard quality. Differentiator could have been a bit courteous staff. Unsure if it’s my experience only, but I just see an extraordinary amount of delay in my orders. That would have been okay, except for arrogant behavior of staff.. total kill joy

I’ve been a Sonic fan since I was a kid. My mom worked at a hospital across the street from one in the 80s and it was a favorite place for us during lunch hours when I was with her at the office. On a hot summer day there’s nothing like their frozen limeades and lemonades which WILL stay frozen in your fridge the entire day. (I checked).

We came to Sonic to grab something to drink and a quick snack after Urban Air. We tried to order online first but the app doesn’t work (I’ve reported the app problem before but it looks like problem with the App still hasn’t been fixed- I had hoped it had been) and so we pushed the button to order there and waited over 10 minutes to be answered and put in our order. After 10 minutes, we actually left and went to the other Sonic location on Warren, where we were able to place our order quickly. My advice is to go to a different Sonic. I may have higher expectations of Sonic since I worked at one all through high-school (they even gave me a scholarship for college) but the issue with the app and maybe that stall wasn’t working possibly is the only reasonable explanation I can think of.
