This Sonic is not your regular one where you order through the speaker, you have to get off and go into the store. Place was very clean and employees were very nice. Food was made promptly. I use to only go to this sonic for convenience (literally onw minute walk from my work) but now I go for the workers, especially Noah and Oliver, they are the epitome of great customer service. No matter how busy they are, no matter what’s going on they are always friendly and timely. The orders are always accurate (sometimes they forget my marinara lol). But whenever my team or I order it’s always great. Always hot. Always right. Noah is a real one.

It is an indoor Sonic. I am not really sure what I should expect, but the food isn’t as good as the drive-in locations. Also the place looks like it could use a good cleaning. Would I eat inside? No. Would I eat there again? Probably not.

I didn’t want to go here but my daughter insisted she wanted an apple juice.. We were hungry so.. Okay.. Came in on a Wed around 6 pm, it was very quiet and just two other people eating there, the service was good, tables and floor look ok, food tasted just like any sonic I’ve been to.. We finished eating and dear lord my daughter wanted to use the restroom… Nope.. No.. No.. No.. It was the most disgusting restroom we’ve ever seen.. Seriously what’s wrong with these people having that restroom like that?! With all the flu, cough and what not germ around! Seems they haven’t clean it in at least a year! Sonic u seriously need to hire some professionals to sanitize and hard scrub it. Please people don’t go to their restroom.. I will be calling corporate to complain.. I am not exaggerating, take your kids somewhere else to potty.. I wanted to take pictures of it.. But with the daughter in need to go i didn’t let her touch anything there and flew out!

The official Sonic app would not let me place orders for pickup. When I arrived to the store and showed the cashier this, she said they would not honor the 1/2 price drinks anytime that you would normally get when ordering through the app. I ordered four drinks based on this I was overcharged $5.78. Extremely poor service, with no explanation as to why THIS particular location fails to follow a corporate standard.
