I enjoy Sonic. This one seems to be unable to provide decent service. Being out of product and unable to do anything other than substitute(at a loss to the customer). Then very slow in fulfilling mobile orders. Come on, over 30 minutes to get 2 ultimate sonic burritos and 3 drinks. Do better.

One word to describe disgusting the girls were both eating and sucking on their fingers like it was the thing to do ugh gross I watch everything through a window and loss my appetite never eating here ever again reporting to food handing!!! Horrible food handling safety etiquette foodborne illness is no joke out the two young girls in this incident get retrained or something!!! Or at least wear hair nets come on 101!!

Never have I ever ordered hard over cooked onion rings. Can there please be a manual for whomever is on the fry station to please make sure you #1 change the grease, & #2 please pay attention to the timer #3 please don’t drop anything that’s been cooked to heat it up or whatever the case may be. Went to this location today and although the car hop was very nice the food is a different story. Got the chicken strip dinner. I get my order I see the food had been cooked in dirty grease. The bread tasted moldy. The toys are old and very greasy, the onion ring was burned and unedible. Didnt recieve the gravy with my order either but that was probably old too. Definitely wont return to this location.
