7/15/23 at 7:30pm They told me the screen wouldn’t process the payment so I had to pay them. I gave them cash so they asked for a tip too (subtle, huh?) I wonder if the screen was really not working. They got the order pretty wrong too, as you can imagine. One drink was something completely wrong, one meal combo was wrong.

I called to ask about sticking their ice cream the young lady lied to me about they have never done it when I have ordered from them many times before than said that they were out of stickers which one is it !!! She hung up on me not once but 2 x when I asked her for her name she stated she was the manager !!! It is ver unsafe for them to deliver ice cream and other food with out the proper seals !!! I am a nurse for god sakes do u know how many ppl do bad things who’s to say there is not some kids of drug sprinkles on my ice cream!! Who to say the person delivering it is not sick coughing all over my ice cream !!! For god sakes it’s not hard to provide better customer service !!! Customer service has gone to hell and these places hiring all these young kids and not training them correctly !!! Good luck lady that’s all you will do in life !!! Do better next time !!!

I went last night to the Sonic on Camp Wisdom and purchased 3 chicken slingers. When I got home I started to eat one and the chicken and bun were hard. I then opened up the other 2 slingers and the inside buns were burnt and really hard. I was never given my receipt so I didn’t call to get it fixed. I’ve had these slingers from other locations and they are always good. I’m not sure why this location was different.

What a horrible place! This location SHAMES the Sonic brand. I drove to this location on 1/2/22 around 7:20 pm. I attempted to pull into the drive thru since it appeared that every single carside slot was full. The drive thru was blocked off by cones. I waited for someone to leave. I pressed the red button and was immediately told “We’re not taking orders”. I found that odd since everystall was full. I pressed the red button again and was told the same thing with no opportunity to respond. I finally pressed it again and asked for a manager. The person on the intercom named Jourreysaid the manager was too busy to come out. I asked if someone could bring me the manager’s business card and she said no. I asked what the manager’s name was and she refused to give it to me. I asked again for the manager’s informationand Jourrey, who was VERY rude, repeatedly asked “What’s the problem?”. I asked for the manager and Jourrey never responded. A carhop named Jonathan who was very polite passed by and I asked him for his manager’s name. He said Grace. I thanked him. I pressed the button again and asked for Grace to bring me a business card or direct me to the information for her general manager. Jourrey immediately came out. I read her name tag and wrote it down. She told me Grace was too busy to come out and asked what the problem was. I asked why they were not taking orders. By this time, more than 1/2 of the stalls had emptied and the drive-thru was still blocked by cones. Jourrey said they stopped taking orders because they were too busy. I pointed to the empty stalls and said there was hardly anyone here anymore and she said they were still too busy. The time was now 7:42 pm. I asked what time they closed and she said 10 pm. I asked for Grace’s superior’s name and Jourreysaid “Torie Meadows”. Before I drove away I saw 2 other cars pull into empty stalls nearme. I waited to hear what would be said. They were also told that orders were not being taken, although most stalls were empty now.

I ordered in app for my lunch break from work. Got here and checked in, waited over twenty minutes before pushing the button and being told to get onto the drive thru line. According to your order tracker my food is ready and getting cold, but you want to waste more of my time making me wait… AGAIN? So now I get on drive thru line and you can’t FIND my order!?! Wasting my time, and taking my money. Gross.

This was the second time I had visit this place in about 2 years. The first time I got my order, they forgot about me and when I did get my order about 20 or 25 mins. later it was cold. When I went there this last time I ordered the Footling combo. Got home and was very disappointed again, there was hardly any chilli on it. Come on people its call a Chilli Cheese footlong! I will never go back to this place again. I’ll continue to use the Sonic at Great Southwest and Bardin.
