I ordered 2 #2 combos w no cheese and requested mustard. I got cheeseburgers n mayo. I am so upset because I ordered other items w a total of $33.41 n wasn’t able to eat the burgers. Also the onion rings were cold. This location always has problems getting the orders as requested. And now I see the other reviews. Seems they have had many complaints. I only went to this location cause the other locations system was down. Then I called to let them know only to be hung up on. And now I called back and machine saying their vmail is full. Typical of them.

We went to just get drinks. It took a while and by the time we got them our shake was completely melted with no whip cream or cherry. That might sound petty but if I’m paying $4 for a shake I expect it to at least be drinkable. The guy said that’s how it is supposed to be but that is far from true. This was just a melted shake! They acted like it was ok and took the drink to add whip cream. At this point we are just ready to go. Very disappointed in my visit today.

I literally only ever order a slush and a appetizer when I come here. Takes well over 20 minutes to receive. They also mark it as delivered 15 minutes before they ever bring it out so I cant cancel the order and leave. Worst location in Irving in regards to service and speed.

Took ten minutes for anyone to take my order. Was at stall 12, waited, nothing. Moved to stall 22 and was serviced. Card reader didn’t work. Looks like two people are working the front area and the one delivering food is also the one taking orders. Other lady only making drinks. Reviews show 3 stars and it’s clear why.

This is my local Sonic and I really want to like them, but I have finally gotten fed up. They are chronically understaffed, which leads to a lot of errors. I ordered two drinks today, sent one back because it was wrong, and after waiting 10 minutes to get it remade, finally had to leave to get to work. They also have a lot of technology issues. The order ahead function in the app often doesn’t work. They typically have multiple stalls not working. Sometimes marked, sometimes not.

I do mobile orders, always great services! But rhe Irving location digital screens were not working on the two stalls I check. I asked the neighbor customer in the stall beside me his stall number and told him where to look and I just went up one number and the car hopper came and was so nice and great service. Please fix the Digital Screens.

I don’t post reviews much, but I ordered two Oreo cheesecake milkshakes & an Oreo blast on Uber Eats for myself and two other coworkers. The Oreo cheesecake milkshakes were so sour our stomachs started to get upset. We didn’t finish ours, but the Oreo blast was perfect for my other coworker. I don’t know what happened with the cheesecake milkshake, but we were distraught because it’s usually one of the best milkshakes to drink.

This was the 3rd disappointing visit to this Sonic. Won’t be back. The order, 2 breakfast bacon burritos, took a long time to order & then we were delivered the wrong food. Eventually, we were brought our order. It was fresh, but half the size of a normal burrito. I’ve ordered this many times, the only thing I order from Sonic, anymore. We we pressed for time, so I didn’t go in to complain.
