On more than one occasion, and more often than not, they are unable to have their full menu available. Twice within the last two weeks I tried to order a hot fudge sundae. Only to be told they could not make them. Is it an ordering issue? Supply chain issue? Doesn’t seem to affect other locations that are close to me. Or even the other chains near me. So I will no longer visit this establishment. My money and business will be going to DQ or Handel’s when it comes to ice cream and such.

Kamiya was not friendly. She struggled to hear my order despite turning off the car and speaking loudly. She tried to complete my order three time incorrectly before I was even finished ordering. I got the wrong combo number, I got no ketchup, wrong size of mozzarella sticks, and gave me the wrong dipping sauce. She never repeated the order to me and looked miserable at her job. I get that it’s fast food and they’re young employees but I didn’t even modify my order and she got so much wrong. Do better, management.

food took 25+ minutes. staff was extremely rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. seemed upset that we had multiple orders in one car, when the very first thing we said we would have multiple orders. Guy staff said “I gave you two ranches, that’s already extra ranch” when requesting condiments for our three meals. messed up our order twice, and we had three different employees come to our car to talk to us because they kept messing up the order and couldn’t understand us. the girls were okay, but the guy that serviced us (we go here weekly, think he is new) was so rude and passive aggressive my friend literally left the place sobbing. additionally, they overcharged our food (charged for mediums and gave us small) and gave us the wrong items. ice cream and drinks were melted/came with almost no toppings and was only like 3/4ths full. horrible experience.
