Not sure what it is with the service at this location but lately it is more miss than hit. The food is fresh and a good value…when you can actually get it or even order it. Went to give them another chance tonight. Main sign turned off but cars in slots so pulled in and pushed the button and…nothing. no response from anyone. Not even to say they were closed (8:40pm on a Saturday night).

I ordered ahead on the app, and when I got my food I noticed a topping I ordered on something wasn’t there. After waiting probably 5 or more minutes for a response, I assume because they were pretty busy, they answered to tell me it doesn’t show as a topping on their end and it got mixed in. I explained that it said it was a topping in the app and that is what I wanted so could I get it as a side item to add on top. They then re-explained it doesn’t go through as a topping and left the button lit as talking and proceeded to ignore us so we couldn’t be heard or get further assistance. I will NEVER go back to this location with how childishly they treated us.

We wanted a Strawberry CREAM Slush which is ‘on the menu’ all day every day. We couldn’t find it on the Sonic App. BUT if you order at the kiosk you CAN order it FULL PRICE. Went to Sonic on Goliad Street in Rockwall for breakfas burritos. This is what they looked like. And it was all put in a bag that was too small to fold down, so the first turn on the way home, the bag fell over and tots rolled out. Just as well since the tots that made it home in the bag were cold.

Got 2 cheeseburgers and 1 large onion ring. The cheeseburgers were tasteless, threw mine in the trash. There were 6 onion rings in the large order. And the guy that brought out my order tried to short me $2.00 on my change. I will never go back there!!
