The last three trips, I noticed the price increased by a dollar more when the car hop delivered it. The first couple times I inquired she didn’t have an answer the third time I looked at her and said there is a scam going on here. She said oh I’m sorry it was my mistake and gave the price clearly shown on the receipt. That was a lie and no telling how many other customers were taken. That Sonic on Dalrock is owned by the corporate company.

Waited from 1:25 to 1:50 before giving up. Tried ordering on the app ahead of time only to be told they were busy. Busy is different than understaffed. Should have told us it was going to be a 25+ minute wait, or offered to refund the money. I would have understood that. Management get it together, left after paying as there was no sign of our food coming anytime soon.
