I order 2 foot longs. One with cheese one without asked for onions they said they didn’t have any, which was hard to believe. I also ordered fries and tater tots they had me wait in drive thru for fries and tator tots which was useless. Because whenI got home my fries were way over cooked as of they were left over and not fresh at all and they were not eat able. The bread on the footlongs was tough and rubber and the meat was over cooked. I am truly disappointed. Food is too expensive to get poor quality. It should be better management to monitor the workers and the product. You should never be okay with serving someone food you don’t want to eat. I will Brent visit this location again, not even for cup of ice.

whoever the girl was who took our order was rude and rushed us like crazy with our order. we couldn’t even tell her exactly what we wanted before she rushed us on screaming WHAT ELSE? then we get to the window to pay and they tell us the slush machine is down but still charge us for slushes. if homegirl in the headset would’ve slowed down she could’ve mentioned right then and there it was down but didn’t.

I got very cold coffee. The customer service was none when the young lady brought the food. It was just 2 customers so the rush was unnecessary. This is a racist establishment toward anyone black.

They’re always friendly here. Probably one of the better Sonic locations. They always fully accommodate my “off the wall” requests that I order, which is more than I can ask for. Also, it’s right next to my job, so that’s a plus!

Half drive-in and drive thru. Only the south side of the restaurant had the ordering screens, the Northside doesn’t. Typical food for Sonic, they still have good tater tots and shakes.

Look fellas I don’t mean to sound rude but this place could be a lot better for instance the first and second time I order coffee and it tasted like cinnamon and water quote the third time the coffee was pretty nasty did not taste any fresh at all and this all happened in the morning time! So after the third time I have to give this place at least a third star. I wish the owner could check on this.. cause 7 out of 10 people “” may never ever come back.. in deed.

Very very slow service 20mins now and no one has answered the call. I guess not getting out side is how this crew does business. Many many cars have went through the drive threw. First time I have ever come here. Very disatisfied.

I am sitting at this sonic waiting on someone to answer this box. It’s been blinking so long! Im watching workers come to this door to talk to this man and one even Came outside to deliver food. No one said anything. I asked them if they were close and he said they are not taking orders right now because they are backed up. Why wouldn’t someone just answer and say that instead of having people waiting. I watched cars going through the drive thru. I would of normally just leave after five mins of no answer but my daughter really wanted Sonic. It’s sad that common curtesy doesn’t exist here. I’m in retail so I understand being short handed but at least say something. That’s how you keep customers coming back. I literally watch car after car pull up and then pull off. I’m so disappointed in my people. We will never come up this way.

I just left this place. I have never had a bad food experience here but I did. The hot dog was very sloppy done. Their no onions in it. The fries taste like they were fried in old grease. The woman at the drive through was not friendly. Please don’t call me sweetie again.
