Everytime I come here I have to wait over 30 minutes for just a drink or two, which is never good anyway. I usually have to switch stalls two or three times as well because no one ever answers the headset, which should be answered almost immediately. Even when I order online it still takes forever! And the food is actually atrocious, almost not even edible. I work fast food. It’s not hard at all. Do better please

Every time I have stopped here has always been long want and food not fixed way we asked . Took 14 minutes just for a large Dr. pepper.. and not but 2vehicles. I watched the clock because I thought maybe last time was me just being in bad mood, but no it took 14mins. If you can’t have cheese well they will put it on every time you request not to. Actually the place was closed when i came by. Like 330 a.m. i had been following triangular lights in the sky that night and ended up stopping there. As i exited the car to get a better shot of the ufo injust happened to slip into the sewer drain that the lid had been removed on. I hardly remember the fall but ill never forget what i woke up too. There muat had been 300 male alley cats down there and in prime heat. When i woke up i had never felt so violated.sticky and badly scratched up and violent stench of male cat urine i decided to make my way to an exit. Checking my watch i noticed i had been down there for days. I cant fo on its so embarrassing.

How does this location stay open with all the screw ups?! I placed an order through doordash. When the driver arrived they were told the order was not paid for. The order was paid for! I provided my receipt to show it was paid for! Anyone with a grade school education should be able to figure this one out, but no, they couldn’t! So, I had to contact doordash to cancel my order and refund my money. What a hassle for a simple thing as preparing a customer’s order.

Don’t do it…go somewhere else… I’m telling you DO NOT DO IT! Every. SINGLE. Time I try to give them another chance my hiney gets burned. Every time. This time today I ordered through app. I pull up, enter my stall number, it says food is on its way. I’m waiting and notice the screen goes back to it original take order screen. My app receipt disappears and my food is STILL NOT ON ITS WAY. I wait, maybe they canceled it out and they’re waiting to finish up my order..nope, so I press the button and she says we’re bringing it now. Cool. Get my food and CHECK IT because I have been burned before here (more than once…I know shame on me) you guessed it not only is my order wrong there’s a chili frito wrap in my order that did not belong in my bag. A girl comes running to my car and says oh I accidentally put that in there (I have already opened it and touched it) she takes it back (sorry whoever ordered that, lucky you I’m not sick). I then continue to take things from my bag and a whole order of Buffalo Chicken Bites are missing. I press the button and ask what’s up they then tell me their out. Hello! You could have told me this while you were handing me my food instead of hoping I would leave and not come back. Any ways I make them aware they substitute it for another item that is 4.89 when the bites are 8.79 guess I’ll eat that 3.90 and the .60 cents for extra pickles on my burger and a hot dog I ordered and did not get. So no chicken bites, no pickles, onions or mustard on my hotdog. Please stay away from here, trust these reviews, this location is trash.
