I get that the frito chili burrito is only $1.50, but I really enjoy them, usually. Not tonight! I waited 20 minutes for a shake and a burrito. After a 12 hour shift, I was looking forward to this. It took far too long to get the food that I ordered via mobile app. You can’t get a refund from the app either. I have learned my lesson. I won’t return to this location again.

Order was quick, friendly sever gave tip cash. If you pay with card they have to wait for there pay check to get the tip so I felt they need it now for the hard work dealing with this HEAT hope u do the same. Take care of those that help during this harsh weather.

I get it’s hard to get workers, but whoever the manager is, This makes you look bad like you don’t know how to manage. We waited almost 30 mins, 3 cars drove off behind us for how long it took to get an order out. This town is growing so I hope there is a manager there that can manage this place cause of the horrible service.

Well I asked for a burger with no pickles or ketchup. I got a mustard burger.The burger had way way to much mustard. Like they did it on purpose.Tbis is not the first time this happened. One time ,awhile ago I order strawberry banana shake and they gave me a cup of cool whip. So it seems like they have no real management .I used to love sonic but idk anymore. The girl that brought us our food was nice. When I spend my money somewhere I expect to be treated decently,No matter how much it is.

Had to pick up an Uber eats order took 45min. An employee brought me an empty cup thinking it was funny , messed up the whole order on purpose. They need to get a life and do better , we will contact corporate or owner to fire these so called “employees”. Even saw an employee yell at an older lady for parking to close to the curb , respect your elders.

Worst sonic. Their systems never work with the app. This time I arrived order placed on App, there was only one person working who said they didnt have any app orders come through, I showed the app order from that store , date, time , correct store. I was told I could place the order but would have to pay for the order again. I asked for a manager and was told he was in the bathroom, I said I would wait, 20 minutes later and a phone call from the lone worker Manager Moe showed up and said they don’t have an app order and that I could order the food and pay again, gave me a phone number to call for reimbursement, this reimbursement will take 7-10 days!

Super slow!! I sat for 7 minutes after the screen said my food was on its way. I pushed the button and asked if I was going to get my food. She said “give me a minute”. When she did bring it she was not real nice and said “it was ready but your car hop had to go to the bathroom.” My food was not hot so it had been sitting for a while. Total it took me 30 minutes to get a kids meal, and order of cheese sticks, and a large drink.
