I legit did the 2 for seven deal and they messed up my order I asked for a cheese burger and a chicken sandwich which when I had asked the individual had acted like she never heard of it before they also forgot my mozzarella sticks and drink I have half the mind to go back up and request a refund for that.

Seriously one of the worst sonics I have been to. Unfriendly staff. Cold food and wait times are horrible. I waited over 10 minutes for a drink and popcorn chicken not even in their busy time. This place needs a completely new staff and MANAGEMENT! While writing this review someone else got their food before me after sitting beside me and arriving after me. Never coming here again.

This Sonic is fantastic some days and other days not so much. The quality and freshness of the food/drinks overall is good. However, the internal communication here is lacking. I have had several occasions where the wrong food was brought to me or no food was brought out at all. Once they get back to being fully staffed I’m sure it’ll be great!
