Went to the drive thru ordered 2 Large sweet teas . Pull forward and site at the window waiting . NOONE EVER ACKNOWLEDGED US BEING AT THE WINDOW . Sit there 10 minutes still Noone. Another car pulls up a girl comes out takes her credit card takes it back inside runs the transaction and brings her food back with her . She leaves we are still sitting there waiting to be acknowledged and given our drinks. Wait 5 for minutes and decide to say f^&k it and left . WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND OF RETURN TO THIS SONIC

Your help is seriously overpaid and very LAZY. Car Hops don’t answer the call button. Drive thru is no better. I accept customer service is a thing of the past but NO SERVICE. Maybe, it’s time to bulldoze the place and put Sonic in the memory books. But after reading all the reviews, sounds like this location has some shaded business dealings and is being used for money laundering … PROVE ME WRONG!

Waited 10 mins at a stall, then just went to drive through, sat there for 15 mins, nothing had to drive up to the window and place my order all in all waited a half an hr to get my food. Never be back there, Avoid this sonic.

On March 4th, 2023, I waited at the drive through speaker, and after not being acknowledged for ten minutes I drove to the window. I sat there for additional five minutes being ignored. I blew my horn, and they finally took my order. The service needs to be improved!!

I will never eat at this place again. When I got my food there was Grease or oil all over the burger wrap and no napkins were in the bag. I went to let them know and the manager just gave me napkins and told me he will let them know and dismissed me as if grease getting all over my clothes wasn’t important. And it should have been obvious to see with the outside of the bag being greasy too
