We are not from around here and we went to sonic to get a few drinks and a burger and we waited to order for 20 min then one of the employees asked if we were helped yet and we said no. He told us to pull up to the window so we did just that and when I tried to order at the window, the girl that came to the window said “ I’m not aloud to take your order through the window that I would get in trouble and to go back through the drive thru and she would take our order” so we did just that and we proceeded to wait and extra 5-10 min for someone to take our order and it wasn’t the girl it was a guy that took our order. Then we got our drinks and still proceeded to wait and extra 10 min for a burger that was already made.

We made a simple online order for two, and it was shown on the screen that it was on the way. We waited 20 mins—and still no order. We pressed the button to let them know we still had not received the order. They told us it was on the way again. We waited another 20 mins or so and pressed the button again to let them know that we STILL hadn’t received the order. We had watched many other orders received but not ours. Some orders were just drinks and had just pulled up after us. When we got the order, it was supposed to come with a shake which was melted. The food was also now lukewarm. I sent the shake back because I didn’t pay for chocolate milk. It took them about 15 mins to bring the shake back. The sad part is it wasn’t even busy. I’ve noticed that the customer service at several of these Sonic locations has gone down the drain over the years. They need to bring back the old vhs training videos or something because, wow.
