They suck. Last week I ordered a medium hot fudge shake and they gave me a medium cup full of whipped cream.. the CarHop seemed barely able to function and said she couldnt break a $20 because of some scam she ran to pocket the payment, but she eventually did break the $20. I went again a few days after that (even though I knew better) asked for a Philly cheese steak toaster sandwich meal and they gave me two slices of bread with some type of thin meat, a slice of cheese, and a dab of barbecue sauce on it as illustrated in pic they didn’t even bother to toast it. Never again sonic. That’s not even a Philly cheesesteak or a toaster sandwich but it was supper for a dog and I went to bed hangry. Not a fan of McDonald’s edible plastics but I will go there before I will go to Sonic again.

Horrible service. Drove up to the drive up order speaker. No one took our order so after waiting ten minutes we drove up and we’re gonna place our order at the window. 2 cars in front of us just drove off because they were tired of waiting. We continued to wait and the lady walked out and started taking orders of the cars behind us, skipping us altogether. When she finally came to us she said the system was down and we would just have to wait. She then came back delivered the order to the people behind us and then came up to our window. We started out giving her our 4 drink order but only after telling her 2 drinks she rudely chimes in and says, “I can’t remember all this.” I told her she should figure out a way to do her job better and she just walked off. My family, and I have been to this sonic several times. We would be giving it a zero star if it were an option. Every single time we have problems here. This location is the worst sonic in longview for multiple reasons. We will not be back to this location anymore. The employees are rude, and don’t care about customer service! They made sure we didn’t get a receipt when I was upset at how long we waited for our 4 small sonic blast. Tonight we realized we can’t give this location any more chances. After waiting almost 20 minutes for our 4 small blasts, it was clear the reason this lady struggled. Her fake finger nails that are 3 to 4 inches long clearly kept her from being able to perform her job duties. No-one else stepped in to help her or to take our money or to even open the window. When she finally walked to the window she could barely carry our 4 small blast. This was very upsetting to wait this long for such a small order. The elderly couple behind us also was frustrated at the wait. This will be the last time we spend money at this location. Fake nails this long is a health code violation and if it keeps someone from taking care of the customers they shouldn’t HAVE THEM! This issue has to be addressed.

I don’t really know what’s up with this sonic but I ordered a number 3 and a chicken strip wacky pack for my child. The chicken strips were so dry and over cooked. Highly upset that they would even give me such low quality food. Seemed like the chicken strip had been sitting out all day. But thankfully I checked out food before we left and they eventually remade them.

Ordered our food online….app wasn’t working AGAIN….pulled up and checked in online…within seconds the screen says my food was being brought out…..5 mins later….no food….pushed the red button…waited forever for an answer….said I was waiting on my food still and it was brought immediately out…..missing a drink….missing a whole meal….then you gotta check out the pick of what they sold me as pickle fries! Pickle greasy mush was more like it. Oh and this location currently has a B as a food rating on the window just FYI!

They didn’t tell us our card didnt go through after we ordered and tried to pay at the intercom so we ended up waiting there for 20 to 25 minutes for food. We contacted them asking why our food had not come out and they finally told us after they came out with our food order and we had already told them we paid. As we were pulling out they come out telling us that it didnt go through when we tried to pay at the intercom. Once we gave them the same card and they brought it inside it went through. Not sure if the card reader at the intercom is working! It needs to be checked! They should notify you immediately if a card didn’t work when you first order and try to pay with the card at the intercom.

Made my order, waited about 15 minutes and when it was done, Ryder was supposed to bring my order but after waiting for more than 10 minutes I left. Went across the street to Dairy Queen and had my order in less than 10 minutes

Service was terrible. Ordered online. Arrived and checked in. The status on screen said food was other way. After several minutes of no one coming and watching others get their orders, I pressed red button to check on order. The person who answered did not know status, told me to wait a second while he checked, then disconnected the intercom. My order arrived shortly thereafter. I drove home and found there was no ketchup in bag for tots. There was about an ounce of chili smeared across the foot long dog. I ate about half because there wasn’t enough chili . There was absolutely no cheese on this chili cheese dog either. Wish I had not tipped when I ordered online. Actually, wish I had not ordered here. Won’t again. My drink, a cherry limeade has so much cherry syrup it tastes like cherry syrup, not cherry limeade
