Do not, I repeat do not use the mobile app. It takes an additional 15-30 minutes for them to complete an order. This is the slowest sonic in the chain in terms of using Mobile app. Regular ordering, they’re fine. Food is fine

My dad ordered on the Sonic app last night around 7:30 pm. He checked in on the app with the stall number. He waited 30 minutes and nobody came out with the drinks. So he pushed the buzzer and told the lady he was there for his order. She told him when you use the app you don’t use the app to check in, you have to push the buzzer to let them know that you are there. Horrible service! I wonder if corporate knows this franchise isn’t following the policies and procedures set for the franchise locations. The owner might want to read their contract and make sure they are representing Sonic correctly.

Ordered a breakfast Burrito and wow it looked absolutely disgusting. The egg was fried whole and was hard as a rock, the meat was burnt piece of meat off the side of the grill. So not only was the food not Edible the employee are really rude.

this is the second time I order online for a pick up. And they messed up my order. they put cheese on the sandwich and I choosed no cheese and they fill up the cup with ice and I put easy on the ice and they gave me the fries with no ketchup.
