Sweet tea sold to me as unsweet. This has happened on multiple occasions to both my wife and I. I waited on a remake that took over 15 minutes. It’s a shame. This was supposed to be a quick pick-me-up for my wife who delivered our first child this week. Please pay more attention to orders. The employee who fixed the mistake at the drive-thru was courteous, but I fail to understand why this is a recurring mistake from this Sonic location.

The app, google. and apple maps all said they closed at 12. I place a mobile order before 11, and it said they were coming. They had the audacity to watch me sit there for 20 minutes and then basically say too bad and not even refund my money. There was no point remodeling if they were gonna have the same terrible service.

Been a while since ive been to sonic and went to this one for first time. Despite ordering 2 sandwiches and tater tots they charge .35 for water. Not bottled water but just plain old tap. Sometimes i get soda or limeade but was feeling dehydrated and felt just water may be better. Talk about a shock. I understand if not ordering food but normal tap water complementary for any place not named sonic.

I ordered food from here and instead of leaving with hot food I was stuck waiting bc one of the managers wanted to just be rude to her employees instead of helping them. All she did was boss around everyone instead of being helpful and one of the girls she was being extremely rude to. I feel bad for the girl bc she didn’t deserve it and I wouldn’t be surprised if she quit.
