Tried to stop for dinner after a long day of work. It was 8 pm and I was driving a larger vehicle so I went to use the pedestrian order pedestal and the audio didn’t work. They could hear me but I couldn’t hear them. Instead of offering to take an order the workers inside just talked amongst each other and never helped so I left and went elsewhere. The worst part is they lost 3 people’s business in 5 minutes as another guy pulled up to order and his order was ignored as well. Oh well. McDonald’s next door was good.

The First staff lady that serves us was very friendly. They forgot my large fry. (No big deal) I asked for it nicely and the other lady I asked had an unpleasant look on her face. I then was brought this out (see attachments). An extremely small amount of fries in a bag. Then ask kindly if this was a large fry and they said we are out of boxes and had to put them in a bag. (Didn’t really answer my question). Also ordered a large popcorn chicken and portion was a lot smaller than at other Sonics. Finally the straw that broke the camels back is I ordered a large drink with light ice and they filled it full of ice. I then asked for a refill and they do not give free refills even though a large drink costs over $2 (I am not from this area so I’m glad I do not have to come back). Overall I do not recommend this sonic.

Ok I went here and ordered mozzarella sticks. The food was delivered and it was truly disappointing. There was no mozzarella in 3 out of 4 of the sticks. I just had the crust. Very disappointed. I’ve been here before and it was ok but this was the worst. I just needed something to drink and thought I’d get a little something to nibble on. I couldn’t wait to drive to Jacksonville. I should have waited. Jacksonville is much better.

Sadly I have had multiple issues with this sonic if you make a big order. I have had food missing on multiple occasions and they usually take care of it when you come back. But today we order breakfast burritos that were not even half full. We basically got tortillas… this location is just going downhill. Go elsewhere to actually get your moneys worth.

Took over 20 minutes for order to come out. Burger was made wrong, I ordered tater tots, carhop argued that I ordered fries, didn’t matter anyways bcuz after looking in bag I didn’t have fries either. Called back in and waited over 20 minutes and still had no fries so I left.

Ordered on the app. 6 corn dogs and 3 drinks. When I got there I checked in and waited. The screen said my order was being brought out, then it went back to the usual screen. We waited about 20 min and I hit the red button to see what the hold up was. They would not answer the button, so after several minutes I got out of my car and went in. As I walked in a worker asked if I had the 6 corn dogs and 3 drinks. I said yes. They handed me my order and she said she had just realized they never sent my order out. I got the food and left. To top it all off, the corn dogs were not done. We will not be going back there.
