Each time I go here I regret it. When I think of Sonic I think of way better than average customer service and staff quality. However at this location each time I go there is something wrong with my order. Last time it was a simple forgot the marinara dipping sauce for my kids mozzarella sticks. This time I order the special burger being advertised, the sonic griller… no griller sauce was put on the burger… and no bacon… so where is the smokey flavor???? they gave me a plain cheeseburger…

Usually don’t have a problem but my boyfriend went to get me a SUPERSONIC breakfast burrito and when he got home I noticed liquid cheese everywhere. I thought that was strange but thought it just got too melted. Bit into it and was so nauseated by the flavor of this cheese. Turns out I was given an ULTIMATE meat and cheese burrito (after looking online at the menu it matched the description). Definitely was NOT a supersonic. It would have been fine but the cheese sauce is so nauseating you can’t even eat it. My cherry limeade is also not very flavorful today. Off days happen but make sure people know the difference between burritos at the very least. Difference of a happy customer and a nauseated customer.
