I ordered a simple BLT but with no tomatoes. It came with tomatoes. I also come to the mall very often, every time i have come by to get a drink they never have sweet tea. They have a bad attitude and seem to not want to fix any issues. I also want to add that it wasn’t busy at ALL.

God bless these people that are working here, it’s not their fault. They are just understaffed and too busy. They were running out of ice, they are pouring sweet tea out of a job on the counter which doesn’t have a lid on it, and it looks like this ice cream machine hasn’t been cleaned all day. I recognize that it’s not the fault of the employees, but they’re just at the point where they need to shut down to one line even if the line is long until they can get on top of their work

I placed an order through the app just after 8pm and walked over, seeing the lights completely off and the employees cleaning up the shop and when I asked about an order I was denied as they had already closed however both the Sonic App and Maps had told me they closed at 9. I am just very disapointed after I made the order, paid, and then left empty handed from the store.

Sonic at the mall! It is right across from the carousel so you can have the kids ride the merry-go-round while you sip your iced tea. Very convenient. Staff at this location seemed a little tired at 5 p.m. but I noticed they sure stayed busy. That is a good thing. Love their ice and slushies and tea. While I didn’t order food this visit, it’s probably fine. Saw other people enjoying their meals. Good refreshment stop.
