Like this location because the food is worth it but I am sick and tired of never receiving plasticware for necessary meals, straws, no sauces when asking, wrong sauces etc. Please learn the basics and make it apply to every customer. Also, if you’re out of gravy you should tell customers that when ordering a chicken dinner. The owner really needs to stop by and teach the basics. The crew is nice though.

Unfortunately, the service is a disaster. Those kids are careless. I placed the order, and wanted to double check to make sure they got right, but the guy just hang up on me and placed. Of course, he missed few things, and when ask for those, they made me wait for and paid for the missing items. I was ok with paying, but making me wait almost 30 min total is unacceptable.

Ordered a couple of shakes and they were terrible. Had to throw them away. They were not blended properly and tasted like chemicals. I called and the manager told me they were training newhires and he would credit my card. After 1 week, no credit. I contact Sonic customer service. They apologized and said the manager would contact me. After 2 weeks, nothing. Truly horrible service.

I ordered 3 drinks on the sonic app. I pull in and check in on the app and my stall shows I’m there. I waited 20 minutes for 3 large Dr.Peppers. I use the call button to get help as to why I hadn’t received my order to receive a message from the employees inside saying we are no longer taking orders. If they would have looked or allowed me to tell them why I was there they would have know I already placed an order. I then tried calling the phone listed for the location I was at to receive another message of not taking calls. I then have to get out of my car and open the door and yell for someone to help me. Then they acted like they had no clue about ordering with the app. I go to this location at least twice a day every day. This has left a very bad taste in my mouth. They need to get a management at night to this site that knows how to run things and not just a bunch of young kids that find it funny when customers get upset and someone that can actually run things.
