The last couple times I’ve been here the quality just keeps getting worse typically something is always wrong I’ll over look that but this time no customer service at all My drink tasted old my burger was old the bread was stale my child’s shake tasted sour I didn’t ask for my money back I just asked for a different drink they again didn’t seem concerned at all and were a bit short with me people have bad days I get if I’ve been in hospitality for years but something is wrong with the refrigerators I believe or bad management for the shakes to taste sour something is wrong the ice coffee is always hit and miss but the ice cream come on. I’m never stopping here again I know me not coming back will not do much but I’m hoping someone that can actually do something sees this and realizes if you lose to many families the business will feel it. I hope better management and a better trainer is hired soon

I asked for a number 1 with mustard instead of mayo and ketchup. I had to keep repeating myself. So I guess I have to be punished because she couldn’t stop to listen. I got a burger bread meat and lots of mustard. And I don’t cuss but today I just want to express how you made ME upset you have made me . Get it right STUPID!!!!!!!!! Waited over 6 minutes for our shakes and they had been sitting before I got out of the car to see what was going on. Young lady apologized but . Oh and i had to repeat my order to the young man taking my order about 5 times and he kept getting it wrong. Medium chocolate shake no whipped cream or cherry!!! Yup said under new management.
