I’m really disappointed. I’ve been going to this Sonic for years and never had any issues. Today I waited almost 30 minutes for one drink. I ordered on the mobile app which is supposed to be fast in which has been fast in the past for me, but this time there were several cars pulling up ordering and getting their order before me and I just sat there waiting for a simple drink. How long does it take to make an ocean water?

The is my second time dealing with horrible service, the male server was pretty much rude he didn’t say “hello” or speak at all that brought my dinner to me basically threw his drink at me spilling all over my hand did not say one word like “sorry” so as I’m cleaning the mess off of me he waves the straw in my face as if he’s rushing me or as if I’m taking too long…also pants we’re literally almost to his ankles as well no respect for the customer or even himself…sonic will address this??? I have the description of the guys as well

When I pulled in through the drive thru the server was pretty rude and made me wait about 5 minutes before she took my order and all I had was I’ve cream so maybe it was a one day thing and had a bad day but it was unexpectable.

Employees looked tired and some were rude with an attitude but overall I got what I ordered and it was accurate and good so this sonic location is pretty good. I found a Dino ride from the flintstones and a clown car. Both worked and it was fun.

The food I ordered does not come with jalapenos. They put jalapenos. Drove back up there. They argued that it doesn’t come with jalapenos so I shouldn’t have any. They made a new burrito. Second burrito had double the jalapenos. I just really wanted dinner

Worst Service Possible I ordered my food at 10:20pm ticket #745 Stall 3 I had a Big Order I left at 1050pm I live in Alvarado so my food was cold. The main reason was because Erica who took my order kept saying as I was ordering Anything else?anything else? imagine everytime I said something anything else? Felt like I was a burden for ordering food for me and my family. Then she didn’t even ask if my order was correct. I said two cheeseburger plain w/meat and cheese they brought me my order cheeseburgers were not plain, so I called back and they remade my cheeseburgers and again I said meat and cheese only came back out they were just plain meat w no cheese. So I called back in to speak with the assistant manager and come to find out the Assistant manager was the same rude person taking my order named (Erica) then she kept me waiting 10 more mins. And didnt even come out she sends a cook out to apologize. I was like is this really happening? The cook apologized and I said it’s not your fault hun! I asked who was over this store they said Cassie. I will be reaching out in the morning this is unacceptable when I got home my food was cold My tater tots and frys taste like they haven’t change the oil my chicken strips were ruff and like imitation meat. I cannot believe I just went through this experience over 30 dollars wasted!!

We’ve frequented this location for years with no issues… but have recently been having a problem during the afternoons and evenings with a very snippy and rude female that wants to cut you off and rush you through your orders. She needs some hospitality training from Chick-fil-A!
