Ordered from the Sonic app and when we arrived they were bringing it out to the vehicle within one minute. I’d say that’s great customer service and the car hop she was very nice and polite. The poor girl even came back to us with someone else’s drinks and we had a good laugh so great service and a sense of humor. I had a Reece’s Blast the only thing is not enough Reece’s but was still delicious.

I ordered on the app and waited over 20 minutes and never had a car hop bring me my food. I had to go get it from the drive thru. Food was cold my dog on the chili dog looked old.

Quick service. Stopped here on our way home. Needed a drink. And they tasted good. Slushy was just right. Diet Dr. Pepper was very good. Employee had a nice smile on her face as she delivered the drinks to our car. Location looked clean. Almost last stop as you head to Lubbock or if you head to Abilene. So that is helpful.

I ordered a cranberry slush through the app and it said the order was completed but I never got my slushy after waiting for 10 minutes. When I used to work at sonic they had a four minute rule and for a small slushy I would think that would be the case.

Mixed feeling here because I found a hair in my food but the service was great. The replacement had a piece of black lint in my food but I didn’t even want to bother them about that. Great service but we have to work on cleanliness :/

I love Sonic drinks and this particular Sonic used to be managed well. For the last 6+mos, the wait is 15-30 mins, the staff is confused and the order is incorrect almost every time. I hope this is just a temporary staffing issue and not a permanent management issue.

Ordered a dp with sweet cream and a coke zero. The coke zero was completely full but the dp was only half full. I was puzzled when the blonde girl handed me my cups because one felt really light and before I said anything, she frustratedly said “have a good night”.

I made a mobile order and drove to it and when I got there I checked in and waited more than 30 minutes pressed the button multiple times to get told to hold each time and finally got through to someone who didn’t even let me finish talking to get an order that’s wrong I didn’t even waste my time trying to get it fixed cause they obviously weren’t gonna fix it
