Just sat at the drive through to place my order and waited for about 15 minutes while watching ALL cars get their orders and paid. No more cars in the drive through and continued waiting while no one would take my order so drove up to the window and they would not take our order or come to the window!! It seems they don’t serve white people at this Sonic!!! I have 2 degrees and older retired person and not some thug looking individual.

I’ve lived on this side of town for 10+ yrs and this Sonic is typically my go to for a quick meal. But today I couldn’t even get my order in. I was the only car there and the lady taking my order kept playing and giggling with other people around her over the speaker . Then when I tried to order a third item she rudely replied with “GEEZ”. I guess I was a bother to her, no worries, I didn’t bother spending any money here today.

I use the sonic app a lot for the half price drinks and usually have no issues. I do not recommend using it for this location. I’ve had issues every time I’ve used it. They can’t find my order and have to show them it is in fact at the right location and then they still have to make it so I have to wait even longer which takes away from the convenience of ordering ahead so I don’t have to wait during my lunch break for my order. They are always pleasant and I understand they could be short staffed.

Worst location. Never improves. Withheld my receipt so they wouldn’t get a poor survey. We waited 10 minutes for someone to answer the drive thru, nothing, drove up, they’re all sitting around and chatting on their phones, we explained we’d been waiting and they told us to pull around behind the 6 cars that had lined up after us so they could take our order in the order we arrived by… then they forgot our drinks (our order only consisted of two drinks and one sandwich). No apology, no receipt, no straws. This location just isn’t worth bothering.

I’m not sure what it is about this location but they always take forever and get my order wrong. Today all I purchased was a route 44 water with added fruit to it( raspberry, peach, strawberry, and lemon) and an ice cream cone. Took 15 minutes to get it. Other vehicles that came after us had gotten their order before us. Then when they finally brought my stuff I was given just plain water. None off my add ons. So I had to go back to the drive thru after already waiting a extremely long time for the 2 super easy items I had already purchased.

I can’t comment on the food, only ordered happy hour drinks, and our carhop was in training, so it was very hard to give honest review. She seemed to really be trying to remember every step and very friendly personality. Hope to see her again next time.

Saturday July 1st, press the red button and no one answered. Waited for about 5 minutes so I went to the drive through instead. I ordered cheese tots, cinnasnacks and a drink. I had to wait 10-12 minutes for this.

I ordered on the app almost thirty mins ago for two drinks… I been waiting on my drink at a stall for going on 25 mins what’s up with this location we’re is the managers!!! Y’all need to rehire new people that want to work and do there job it shouldn’t take more than 10 mins for two drinks… corporate needs to be called if your ok waiting this long continue going here!!!
