Got a kids’ meal and a couple of drinks during happy hour. Got my drink sizes wrong, and when I double-checked him at the menu before driving up, he wouldn’t respond. My daughter’s chicken strips were hard and looked burnt. There was only 1 other car there we expected better service and better food.

This is the best Sonic in the metroplex I’m convinced! I live near by, so I frequent this location a lot and it never disappoints. The food is always prepared well and looks great, and the staff are very timely and nice. I have never gotten sick from eating at this location (can’t say the same for all of them) and I’ve honestly never had a bad experience here. I don’t think they’ve ever messed up my order! Would absolutely recommend, this location is doing an amazing job.

I always order on the app and go through the drive-thru to pick up my order. They are quick, efficient and friendly. This is in a great part of Fort Worth and you would feel very comfortable sitting out on the patio having your lunch or dinner on a cool Texas day!

Never had issue ordering through app. Never. Placed order got there in about 10 minutes. Waited about 5. Lady brought me order for car next to me. No biggie she gave them their order. Proceeded to watch parking lot clear for another 10 minutes. Pressed button they forgot about me and my order. Burger near cold, jalapeno poppers cold, shake melted!! I just deleted the app. They could have remade my order at least since parking lot was empty.

Waited for 45 minutes for food when no other cars were there. Could literally see my food in the window and the cashier refused to even acknowledge me at the drive through. Sat there for over 15 minutes waiting on absolutely nothing. Ended up driving away without food because my lunch break was over.

Extremely deceptive and unscrupulous business operator. Prices listed on their menu board are not what they charge. Up charges for everything they consider “extra” added over a dollar more than the advertised price. Stay away. They will try to rip you off.
