No reason that it should take you over ten minutes to serve EACH customer. Waited in line for well over thirty minutes with only 4 cars in front of me when I arrived. Terribly slow service, definitely needs better management to come up with a game plan to put the “fast” back in “fast food” at this place. Won’t be returning to this location

My god, do not come to this sonic. Placed an order online and went to the drive thru line. the line was completely stagnant for at least 30 minutes, only moving when someone didn’t want to wait anymore and left. I only stayed for my order because I already had paid for it. It’s a bunch of teenagers working there, seems like it’s their first job. Please work somewhere else or not at all, because this is terrible and wasting so many people’s time. Opening this sonic was a mistake.
