Just ordered food from there. I got a footlong meal, strawberry shake and a small burger. The cherry on the shake looked like it puked its insides out. The hot dog wiener looks very dried and smelled funny. The fries were not fresh but warm. I didn’t even want to see the burger so I threw it all away. Terrible food tonight

First, I want to say I have moderate expectations and understanding that fast food and people aren’t perfect. My experience tonight was very frustrating! First off my order was incomplete and it took 10 minutes of waiting for them to answer before I called the location instead to let them know. 25 minutes from that phone call I still hadn’t received my item even though a second order I placed had arrived. When the girl brought that item she asked if that was all and I told her no I was still waiting for my original missing item. She assured me she’d go check on. Then she comes back to my car with an order for someone else and still not my chicken. So I called the location again and told them that I am STILL missing my food and now all the food I had gotten was cold/melted. He said “they’ll bring it out now”. I got the item and went home. When I got the food out I was missing the onions and jalapeños on the coneys, AND my cheese tator tots were assembled with the cheese on the bottom of the bowl and the tots just thrown on top. The food was just all thrown in the bag with tots and fries spilled everywhere and to not even been offered fresh ice cream since I had to wait over 45 minutes for my order to be completed is just poor customer service.

If I could give no stars I would. They missed up my order from the start so I let them know to see if they could make me a new breakfast burrito. The lady at the drive thru handed me $7 with change cash back.. even tho I paid with a card and wanted to re charge me $9. I gave her the cash back and said put the remaining on the card. She told me she can’t do that.. that I have to pay another $9. Horrible service, I will never come back here. Me and my co worker were shook at what had happened. You missed up the order, fix it. Don’t tell a customer I can’t do that and make it right. Management needs help bad or hire people with common sense.

I just made happy hour in the nick of time. I ordered a 44 ounce coca cola and a hot fudge sundae without whipped topping. For the small amount of traffic they had I was surprised it took so long. Never received a receipt. The Coke was okay but sort of tasted off but figured that was because I had tea earlier. Anyway, the ice cream in my sundae had a gritty texture. It was off putting. Fortunately I only got about 2/3 of the bottom of the container of ice cream with the tiniest amount of chocolate drizzled on it. Like I said it was a gritty texture which was odd. After eating it I noticed a greasy feeling inside my mouth. Later, about 90 minutes later I got sick to my stomach. That ice cream sundae didn’t stay in. Guess I won’t be going back to that Sonic. Very disappointing.
