I ordered a LARGE limeade. I opened the top to make sure they squeezed the lime wedges and of course, they hadn’t AND there was only 1 little lime wedge. Usually the medium limeade has at least 2. I tapped on the window and asked for more lime wedges and the attendant closed the window for a couple minutes (I guess she had to ask the manager permission for another one) then came back and told me it would cost $1.50 for another lime wedge! Uh… I can buy a small limeade complete with another lime wedge for $1.69! Makes no sense. Poor management and poor customer service!

I keep giving this location a second, third, fourth, fifth chance. I need to just stop. It’s not a good location. You could be the only person there and your food will take forever to come out and be cold. The sonic between Nottingham and 288 is so much significantly better. Just drive past this one. It will probably be the same amount of time to get your food and it will be warm. Also I worked at Sonic when I was younger. I know how long things are supposed to take.

I started off with trying to order from one of the speakers, but I could barely hear anything so I tried the drive-thru. Once I was finally able to order my food, I pulled to the window and waited at least 10 minutes before someone finally opened the door to give me my order. First, the guy gave me my food before asking me to pay, which is odd. When I gave him my credit card, I noticed they had given me an extra chili cheese coney, so I mentioned it to him. He took my credit card and disappeared for waaay too long. They made me feel super uneasy. Thank goodness I decided to pay with a credit card and not a debit. I had to honk my horn to get them to open the window so I could have my card back. The manager (I’m assuming) rushed over to my vehicle and gave me my receipts and told me they took off the extra coney and that my card was only charged once. Although, I never got an apology or anything. I’m disappointed. I was there for a total of 20 minutes. For a drive thru order, that’s inexcusable. Please do better. I’ll try a different location next time. Hopefully they were just having an off day today. I’m usually super patient, but these guys didn’t seem to know what they were doing.

Not so sure I’ll return to this location. Person who took our order was quick to cut us off prior to completing. We had to push the red button again to finish. Also, the screen for quick pay was busted. Not sure others were like this, but ours was. Food came out quick, but my order of the popcorn chicken wasn’t that warm and some pieces were too hard to eat. Wondering if I got the old batch from previous cooking. Fries weren’t great either. Again a lot of those were hard and over half were thrown away. The slushies were great though! So good on a hot day both my significant other and myself got brain freeze.

Horrible customer service. I didn’t catch the name of the young man who took my order, he answered and asked what I wanted instead of stating his name or welcoming me to sonic. He answered the board and didn’t talk for at least 2 mins he was breathing into the mic and not answering me. He was walking around like a turtle with his shoulders and head down like he didn’t want to be there. I could barely understand what he was saying because he wasn’t speaking clearly. He gave us a regular shake instead of a master shake. I also ordered 2 marinara sauces with our mozzarella stix order but received one marinara and one ranch. What has happened to the fast food industry? These kids don’t give a F about anyone but them selves now days. This is not how a sonic is ran and I know because I worked for sonic for 4 years. I will be contacting corporate about this.

This is the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. In the dozen or so times I’ve been here, they have never remembered sauces or ketchup, and frequently straws and napkins, even when I’m the only person there. There is always a problem here – understaffed so the drive thru wait is pushing ten or fifteen minutes, a machine is broken, whatever – and the final nail in the coffin was today, when they brought out four cups of cold sugar water, no ice even, instead of four slushes. And when I ordered the slushes, they didn’t say a word about their machine being messed up, and when I asked, they just said “oh yeah the machine is having some trouble keeping up. What do you want me to do about it.” Avoid this place. If you can, go to the one further east down University, I’ve never been there but it has to be better.

Closest Sonic to my home and will never eat there again. I ordered through their app, checked in when I got there and my order quickly disappeared from the screen as if delivered. I waited a few minutes, pressed the button on stall and explained. The person who answered said they had my order, they were short staffed, and it would be out soon. A picture paints a thousand words, so here’s my foot long chili cheese dog. Our American dog was sopping wet with what appeared to be relish juice, and was inedible. It was as if intentionally done because I inquired about my order since it’s impossible for that to happen erroneously.
