Ordered chicken strip dinner and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were gummy and undercooked. The chicken strips were inedible l, I’ve never seen strips that look the way they did. Only decent thing about the food was the tots we’re crispy.

I ordered on the app. I arrived and checked in. 20 minutes later, it disappeared off of the screen. I pushed the red button. Finally, after waiting 25 minutes, they brought my order. There were no straws for 4 drinks. The fries were cold and tough, and 1 combo was supposed to be large, but they brought me a medium. This location keeps getting worse and worse. I see the owner apologizing on these reviews, yet nothing changes.

Been going to this location a while, service and foods been slowly getting worse. Today order online got there, the kiosk said servers on the way and waited 20 minutes with no one bringing me my food. Pressed the red button and someone came out to me. Asked have you been helped. Told her that I ordered online and no one came after I input my stall number. Order was sitting and getting cold because their system went down. But the ticket had my stall # and my car hop name on it. Seems like a issue with training and management

We’ve visited this location twice within the past 2 weeks and they messed up our order both times! They weren’t large orders either. One order had 1 item and the other had 3 items and they gave us the wrong food and drink items we ordered completely. The thing that worries me the most is that the manager had the young kid bring the wrong food items back to the kitchen after they gave them to us which is against OSHA regulations. I would not recommend this location to anybody.

I ordered on the app and my dad and I went to go pick it up. The carhop brings us out food without saying anything and walks away and they forgot my drink, large Cherry DP. I tried to tell it through the car because she has already walked away before I could say anything to her and she came back a few minutes later with a medium. She again doesn’t say anything and hands it to my dad while my dad tries to hand her a tip and she takes it without saying anything and she walks away again. This time I had to get out of my car and run after her to tell her it STILL wasn’t right that I had a large and she could check my receipt if she wanted. She takes the drink and grumbles away to make another one and comes back out and hands me the drink. I am extremely pissed at this point and take the drink from her and walk away. It ended up STILL being wrong with no cherry flavor but did not have the energy to talk to her again. I have never been treated like that as a customer and frustrated with how she treated my dad after he handed her a tip which she did not deserve, completely unacceptable and will never be going back to that Sonic.

I’m done coming to this place… they always messing up ain’t nothing but teens working, I asked for Cinnabon icing with my pretzels they act like it was a sin, and kept ignoring me on the microphone. I was there yesterday and waited over 20 minutes after checking in on the app and my food was never brought to me. I had to leave because my daughter was already late for work. I asked to speak to the manager and he never came out again I ended up leaving so I could get my daughter to work with out any breakfast since she was ready late. The Manger in the mornings during the week is rude to everyone and you can hear it in his voice when he comes on the speaker. I go here 4 days aweek since it is on my way to take my daughter to work to get us breakfast and I almost didn’t stop today but that is what she wants in the mornings since it is easy for her to eat while I drive.
