I usually wouldn’t review a fast food place honestly, but I’m so impressed by one specific lunch time drive thru employee and it needs to be put on record somewhere (I believe she has an upper east coast accent). She knows my order and is likely one of the friendliest people in my day to day life. Give her a raise, time off, health insurance, WHATEVER she needs to keep her around because she is absolutely a gift of an employee to an industry that often doesn’t appreciate those who would even try to go the extra mile.

Got the double stacked cheese burger supposed to have grilled onions? It didn’t and the burger was so over cooked I couldn’t eat it. My son got a grilled cheese that wasn’t grilled but starngky enough the cheese was burnt. It was the worst take out experience I’ve ever had at sonic.

It’s 12:30 Monday 7/3 if you want to know who was working the drive thru window. She was rude and obviously hates her job. I know finding people to work is difficult but do you really want to sacrifice customer service for a body to cover a shift? I’m sure it meshes no difference to a place like sonic b/c they’ll always have business, but I won’t be back to this location! And I recommend that others drive the extra 2 miles to go to the next location.

The quality of food here was just awful. The onion rings were old and it was like they fried it again. Couldn’t even chew it was hard as rocks. Chicken tenders basket I ordered had some half pieces thrown in that was mostly just fried breading. It was suppose to come with one onion ring but I got two small pieces of what was a whole onion ring? Everything we ordered was old food refried. Typically don’t expect a whole lot when it comes to fast food but this is just ridiculous.

Typically sonic is a quick and easy go to. Today’s experience was less than fortunate. I ordered the breakfast toaster and my partner ordered the crossinwich both of them were so overly salted we couldn’t enjoy them. Let’s just say if I didn’t have heart problems before, I definitely do now. They also don’t answer the phone to resolve issues as such. Enjoy at your own risk.

Just left I’m so sad I’m pregnant and was craving burger and fries.. fries were so dang cold and stale. Burger was so dry! My pickles were missing and Mayo. I wanna cry now lol seriously it wasn’t giving. I was forced to eat it cuz you know pregnancy makes you hungry lol.
