It’s really hot outside about a week ago and my little one was miserable. We got some cold drinks and the car hop was just amazing at making my daughter smile. We had an issue with our order and Jasmin made sure that we got our order. Thanks you for the good attitude in this heat!

I was a Dasher for this store one day and I asked for a water and explained to them that I didn’t have extra cash when they brought me out one I assume they ‘deemed’ to good for a non-paying customer. He said I’m sorry I have to go check with my manager. He took back the medium water and brought me back a 12 .oz kiddie cup of water. I told him to keep it and went to Zaxby’s.

We made an order, the young lady gave us an attitude. Got a total. We waited about 10 minutes, Shakes never came. Pressed the red button and they acted like there was never an order. We re-ordered the same thing and somehow the total changed. When the shakes finally came thru they weren’t even full. Bad experience.

I, (like many of the other post that I am reading), had a horrible experience but I don’t really believe management cares. If all these other people I am reading had just as bad of an experience and there has been no changes to the personnel that work there and they continue to treat people as if they are a “burden” verses a “blessing”, then at some point the person doing the hiring needs to be looked at and observed. I believe everyone deserves a fair chance, but a customer is a customer. I work customer service & fully understand people can be difficult to deal with at times but if you don’t like to interact with people, then there are jobs out there where you do not have to interact with people. I encourage anyone who suffers from misery to find something in life that makes you happy!!! Your unhappiness shows…

Placed my order, definitely was a little busy. The order was brought out to me. First got my drink order wrong, no big deal I’ll just drink it. Got the drinks but there was like no syrup just carbonated water, no biggie just ask for different kind of soda….got a little attitude but like hey whatever. Got the new drinks which was better! But what got me was the 4 hours later….food poisoning. I definitely know it is since I am a restaurant manager. I get Things sometimes are out of your control but this could’ve definitely been avoided.

I love this Sonic! The people are super friendly, food is always great, and they are pretty fast, even with how busy this location is! And there’s a reason this location is so busy! Even with some of the ridiculous people they have to put up with, they still always seem to have smiles on their faces! Also, I noticed how so many of the negative reviews are placed on the wrong location, with the description of employees and names of employees, the reviewers need to stop complaining and pay more attention to their own actions, and that they are negatively reviewing the wrong locations!
