I don’t know what’s going at this Sonic but it has just gone way down hill. Went the other day just to get a drink, they weren’t busy, only 3 cars in the stalls, was around 8:15 pm and they took forever to come on the intercom and took 15 minutes just to bring the drink. Went a week before that and it was around 4pm , I was told they’re out of ice cream. And every time before that they have taken just Soo long to get the order to me. Even AFTER ordering ahead on the App. Won’t be going to this one anymore….

Got 3 burgers and 2 tots, 2 burgers were made completely wrong. I really don’t know how this sonic manages to stay open, they mess up me or my parents order up every single time. Tired of even talking to the manager about it cuz it just keeps happening… Think of the food that gets wasted having to remake everytime.

This sonic is terrible, we tried to order a strawberry slush, and they said that they were out of “slush mix” which I thought was just ice, so we tried for Dr. Pepper and they were “out of it” as well. This is one of many occasions that we have been to this sonic and yet it is never good. The other locations in this area are great! This specific sonic needs to have something done with it.
