Well, they need to make fresh burgers when it’s ordered. Instead of getting from the warmer. My burger was not hot and fresh, it was dry and meat was luck warm and dry with the cheese.. The fries were the ones that was hot. They need to make sure they are giving fresh food to costumers. I used to work for fast food and I always made sure they got fresh and hot fresh food. So they can come back to buy some more.

I went through the drive through instead of the individual little stalls. I felt terrible for the car hops. Usually when u order in a driver through it’s simple, orders are picked up in the same order they were received. However these poor car hops had to go vehicle to vehicle and ask if they were with door dash or if they ordered a (Jr meal etc). They need a better door dash system.

Trash!! The owner doesn’t care about Customer Service Anymore especially if your black! Her manager yelled , tried to provoke a fight and used unprofessionalism and lied towards my mother and the owner believed her without even believing the customer nor watching the cameras! She refused to even give my mother her money back nor a complimentary coupon for her negative experience she received from her staff at her store! ! Stay away or make sure they get your order right because if they don’t they will blame you for it!!

This is the second time in 2 weeks that my order was messed up. First time we didn’t get our fries and I was challenged when I asked for them. I had to show my receipt and what we had in the car. Today my husband ordered a oreo cheesecake shake and I ordered a tea with raspberry and lemon. The shake was a regular chocolate shake and my tea was made with limes not lemon. I’m not sure what’s going on.

The blast is supposed to have strawberry in it. None to be seen or tasted and the bottom of the cup is just vanilla ice cream. The other is supposed to be a strawberry shake. It is basically vanilla ice cream in a cup. The only reason I leave a review is because this has happened multiple times. Definitely will drive to the adams location from now on.

They owner Stephanie always decorates the property so nice for the holidays or upcoming events. Food comes out hot and made the way I asked. The employees really work for it running getting our meals out fast!
