Typical sonic food. Usually fresh and hot. Servers are fine but this sonic has order stations frequently down. Its frustrating to pull in and find the computer down. Then you go two stalls down and find the same outage. Then pull to the other side. Third times a charm.

Half the monitors don’t work and they’re usually out of chicken every time we go. This time, we ordered on the app and had to wait for them to replace one of our meal options because of another chicken shortage, then they forgot to give us our tater tots (didn’t realize until we got home). This location is a hit or miss.

The Sonic in Gatesville was not good at all. Ordered a wacky pack with a Jr. Burger, was charged for everything individually I ordered it with just ketchup because of a lettuce allergy. It came with lettuce tomatoes onions and mustard. I said just ketchup only. I ordered a patty melt because I’m also allergic to lettuce and it came with all the veggies and mustard. Terrible food.

I’ve have mixed reviews on going here. Half the time, my fries are old and stale. I’d usually just throw away, which is not fun considering I spent money and expect fresh fries. About the only thing i get that never bad is the strawberry limeade. Friendly service but can be slow at times.

I’ve ran into a few errors with this company . One. Everytime I order something it’s made wrong and when I called about it the manager got upset and hung up in my face. Two. Then once I reached out to cooperate they took over four months to send me a 5 dollar gift card which was supposed to be a 25 dollar gift card . Three. after leaving the situation alone for about a month because I was getting nowhere with it I decided to order there again my burger was still raw and on top of that waited for over 35 minutes for it and my fries where cold and hard.. therefore now I do not buy anything from them unless it’s drinks or ice I’m sorry but yes it was bad. And half of the ordering monitors for the drive ups do not work .

Always takes a long time. Never has the rach or marinara side the order comes with (cheese stick and peppers)and if you now try to request them they charge you 20 cents for the one you should have gotten anyway.

My original sandwich was horribly burned. After bringing it to their attention, they quickly remade it without hassle. I hate being “that person” but thankfully they were apologetic and the second one was wonderful! Keep up the good work!

Slow and went on Sunday 4/30 they were out of cheddar peppers tater tots and strawberry’s also went 5/2 to get my slushier went through 5 kiosk before finding one that worked really need to upgrade all kiosks and fix ones that don’t work
