I was impressed with the courtesy of our order taker and the car hop who delivered our food. The order was correct and the food was hot. My chili dog was good, however the corn dog and the onion rings were under cooked and we had to take them home and put them in the air fryer to finish them off. This is a new Sonic and maybe the cook hasn’t quite got his timing right on the fryer. We will wait a couple of months and go back to see if it has improved.

This is my go-to location! They always get my slush’s right, and are attentive with our meals. There’s even been times when I’ve ordered a pretzel – they brought out icing to substitute for them not having cheese dip, and then let me know what they did and asked if it would be ok. Which – that’s an amazing combo, so I’m glad when they do that! The employees are always friendly, thoughtful, and welcoming. If I’m anywhere in the area, this is my primary location I’ll travel to as long as they’re open.

Waited over 30 mins.. watched cars behind me get their food.. parking lot emptied, then asked how long have I been waiting.. then another order came to my car and it was for the the third car behind me. When my food did come the fries weren’t even warm but I was told it was under a warmer, yes I’m sure but for awhile.. needless to say I declined the meal and went on. I always order the kids meal and always hot hot.. today just wasn’t the day.

Tried the drive through. He was so rude and would not slow down to listen. I moved to a parking spot then, waited for about 30 minutes for my order. The only reason I stayed was because I payed on the screen. Drive though from what I saw wasn’t much faster.

Just would like to update this review for today. This sonic was once the best around now It’s the WOREST around I have never had any WORSENING customer service than I had today. I went to the drive-in and 3 different stalls and no one answered. I don’t know who’s running this place now but it has seriously gone down hill. I am never coming here again.

The new Sonic in Killeen off of Rosewood is by far the BEST one in Bell County I’ve been too. I have had nothing but great service, drinks and food from here. Along with fast service here too.

This location in had extremely fast and pleasant service. They had the newer setup that has the drive thru and not 1 but 2 extra rows away from the main building. They were swamped with pretty much every stall full but I got my food in less than 5 minutes and with a smile! The girl that brought my food left and returned with a treat for my dog! For being swamped their food nor their service suffered Great job!

The manager or owner as he say is very rude here . I told him how my son kid meal was cold and he tell me that the food is fresh I had a whole argument with this men over my child kids meal that he didnt want to replace and they was very unorganized..I will not be going back . I would give them noooo stars if that was an option … Don’t waste your time or money here
